Did you already spend Ari's XP windfall? Anything I should be aware of capabilities-wise?

I gave her +10 Weapon Skill so she can avoid feints better, and Step Aside so she can dodge twice in a turn.

The Lost Leg condition reduces Ari's movement by half and puts her at -20 to all Tests involving movement. She also cannot use the Dodge Skill. Something resembling a peg-leg can allow her to Dodge again, and the craftsmanship might reduce the penalties to a minimum of -1 movement base and -5 to all related Tests: once she has acclimatised to the new condition. Otherwise, she can get bionics, which though rare can be acquired even on Swaadi.

I would like to Elevate Ari's Long-Las. (Rather a shame she's lost all that Infamy...). Does that sound agreeable - I feel it is iconic to her by now, and it has personal resonance - it came from her mother, as I recall.

Ari has failed to Elevate her long-las. You can re-roll with an Infamy Spend (she is rolling against 15) or can otherwise retry when she has gained Infamy.

I've tried to elevate Ari's weapon (she technically gained 2 Infamy before losing a bunch) but with no success. I just want to remind you that she has the Burning Body mutation, with invisible flames. I remind you in the chance that Laval offers to heal her, so Ari can make an informed decision about whether or not to let her.
